We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
For live animal shipments (spiders) we offer live arrival guaranteed. When your spider arrives, please record a video unboxing your spider. The video must start before the tape is cut on the box. video must be clear and show any issues you may have. Please let us know if you have any issues within 2 hours of arrival. If there is a "decease upon arrival" we will replace your spider with shipping covered if the criteria is met. We will choose the best replacement if needed.
We handle all issues with a case-by-case basis and use our best judgement when needed. For enclosures, playgrounds and anything else, if it arrives damaged, we will replace shipping included. If an item doesn't arrive and is lost in shipping, we will replace with the same item if possible. For enclosures and other items like playgrounds where it is not possible to duplicate, we will replace with a comparable item in price.
