 We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

 

For live animal shipments (spiders) we offer live arrival guaranteed. When your spider arrives, please record a video unboxing your spider. The video must start before the tape is cut on the box. video must be clear and show any issues you may have. Please let us know if you have any issues within 2 hours of arrival. If there is a "decease upon arrival" we will replace your spider with shipping covered if the criteria is met. We will choose the best replacement if needed. We are not responsible for spiders once the "Live Arrival Guarantee" window has closed, 2 hours after delivery. 

 

For enclosures, playgrounds and anything else, if it arrives damaged, we will replace shipping included. If an item doesn't arrive and is lost in shipping, we will replace with the same item if possible. For enclosures and other items like playgrounds where it is not possible to duplicate, we will replace with a comparable item in price. 

It is your responsibility to choose the correct shipping option at checkout. Failure to do so may delay your live animal shipment. The "Enclosure Only" option for shipping applies to all NON spider adoptions. If you select the "Enclosure Only" option and you have a spider on your order, we will not ship until payment is made in full. We will not refund if you choose the wrong shipping option. It is your responsibility to pay the difference. There will be a .40 cent charge on top of what is owed for the difference to cover transaction fees if the wrong shipping is selected. Failure to pay in shipping within 14 days will forfeit your spider and you will receive a store credit that is equivalent to the price of the spider. This credit does not expire. The current live animal rates are 2 Days $35 overnight $55.
