Your Questions Answered

What day do you ship? We ship every Tuesday, weather permitting between 35 degrees Fahrenheit and 85 degrees Fahrenheit. With no known Fedex delays. 

When should I handle my spider after arrival? We recommend waiting a few days to give them time to adjust to their new surroundings. Make sure they also eat a meal first to ensure they are healthy and show comfort in their new surroundings. When it is a convenient time stick your hand out gently. We do not recommend disturbing them in their web or trying to get them from a tight space. If they touch you, They will most likely "boop" and run off. That is normal. Persistence is key. It helps talking to them. They can feel vibrations and it lets them know "hey, I know your here and its okay." Every spider has their own personality so some may like to be held more than others. 

How will Cutesy Spoods contact me after I order? We will send you an email. Please check you spam folder in the email you provided us, most of our emails end up in the spam folders of emails. We will not ship your order until we receive a response that it is okay to ship that week. 

What happens if my spider dies upon arrival? It is a very rare occurrence, but things can happen. Please refer to our return policy.

You can also message us on our website however, please leave your information so we can contact you. If you send us a message without adding your name, phone number and email, we are unable to message you back after you leave the website. All messages on the website are sent vis email if you are offline. Please check your spam folder.
